We collect shipping details (name, address) provided during purchase, and anonymised scan data consisting of the time and approximate location (city/region/postcode) of QR code scans. We do not collect the full identity of the person scanning a QR code.
Shipping details are used solely to fulfil orders. Scan data is used to notify parents when their child's QR code is scanned and to detect misuse. Parents can view a log of QR scans associated with their registered profiles at any time.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes. In cases of suspected misuse, relevant scan data may be shared with law enforcement or trusted child-safety authorities as required by Australian law.
We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Children's profile data is deleted upon parent request.
