SafeID QR provides custom QR iron-on identification tags for children and vulnerable individuals. All tags are made to order and personalised with a unique QR code linked to your registered profile.
Due to the personalised and custom nature of our QR tags, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. Please review all profile and order details carefully before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for further details.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. SafeID QR is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
SafeID QR provides this service as a safety aid tool. We do not guarantee the outcome of any emergency situation. The information displayed on scanned profiles is the responsibility of the registered parent or guardian.
